Your concept is already perfect, but should it be further elaborated technically?

A company selling mobile homes requested an innovative extension system for a residential trailer. The extension system was intended to increase the living area by 3 times when it reached its destination. But where the concept was perfect in their minds, it turned out to be a more difficult one to implement. It had to become a lightweight system, but without losing rigidity. User-friendliness was also very important: everything had to be automatic, using the standard truck equipment (battery).

We have developed an extension system that is based on a gear rack drive. This entire system can be operated by means of a 24-volt motor. Finally, one press of a button will extend the floor of the trailer to both sides. A technical marvel which creates a large living space effortlessly.
