Special machine construction
You want to scale up, expand, automate and/or produce more efficiently, but the available machines do not fit your specific wishes and requirements. You want a custom machine or installation, something that is not available as standard. You want quality and customization.
Twin-Tech Engineering can offer you this. We are specialized in customer-specific machine construction. You ask, we deliver. Our services cover the entire design process from conceptualization, to consultancy, engineering, prototyping, testing and assembly. Of course you can also contact us for a part of this process.
We are a team of highly trained engineers with a good dose of practical experience. We have been able to successfully carry out many, extensive engineering projects, including in the manufacturing industry, food industry, logistics and healthcare. We made customized solutions for companies as Nestlé, Voorbij Prefab, Van Wijnen, Kool Automation and Huuskes.
We have all the necessary expertise and facilities in-house to translate your issue into a suitable design. Thanks to our own assembly hall, we can also take care of the realization of your machine. This makes us a total solution for your technical issue. Our working method is always transparent, so together we keep grip on time and finances.
Production line insulation pannels
Voorbij Prefab in Amsterdam produces sustainable precast concrete products for, among other things, residential construction. They were in demand of a production line for cutting insulation panels to size. Twin-Tech Engineering has designed and assembled a (semi)automatic production line for them.
Insulation panels enter the production line as stacks, each cycle the bottom plate of the stack is taken, with the help of a destacker. By gluing the panels together, a continuous supply of insulation panels to the water jet cutter is created. There, the required pieces are then cut into an automatically determined optimal layout, so that the cutting loss is as minimal as possible. The panels are then loaded onto a cart by a production worker, who then takes them upstairs via an elevator, where they continue in the process. In short: a shorter construction time, less transport, less waste and a faster production process, thanks to a special machine construction by Twin-Tech Engineering.
