Our qualities
Production line insulation pannels
Voorbij Prefab in Amsterdam produces sustainable precast concrete products for, among other things, residential construction. They were in demand of a production line for cutting insulation panels to size. Twin-Tech Engineering has designed and assembled a (semi)automatic production line for them.
Insulation panels enter the production line as stacks, each cycle the bottom plate of the stack is taken, with the help of a destacker. By gluing the panels together, a continuous supply of insulation panels to the water jet cutter is created. There, the required pieces are then cut into an automatically determined optimal layout, so that the cutting loss is as minimal as possible. The panels are then loaded onto a cart by a production worker, who then takes them upstairs via an elevator, where they continue in the process. In short: a shorter construction time, less transport, less waste and a faster production process, thanks to a special machine construction by Twin-Tech Engineering.
